Spent the last few hours in the 3.4 music room with Harish. Surreal to say the least.
Something very true he said.. " Music is what seperates humans... we can understand and appreciate music :) "
He is a wonderful singer... the soul is as intact as the voice which makes the experience every bit worth it. I tried my hand the various instruments there too. Ahem, well I apparently cant do shit with em... hehe... The musical genius believes i learn fast so i will go by his words. Tried my hands at drum... and that's about it... it was trying my hand only.. hehe
Did slightly better with the octapad but finally settled on the Keyboard and playin Sa-Re-Ga-Ma... or Do-Re-Mi for the uninitiated... learnt a lot of nuances like what is a chord, key or what are the sever sur.. learnt to identify an octet and play by hearing your own voice.
C'est formidable...
Safe to say have managed to fuel the bug to learn something creative again.. ahem... less see...
